Meet Mama Emily 

Emily retired from the Army in June 2020 after over 20 years of Active-Duty service and returned to her hometown at the beginning of the pandemic. With her children out of school (distant learning), no one hiring and seemingly everyone's tensions high, she wondered what her next step would be. She realized quickly that people needed something to bring hope and joy to the community...why not deliver joy TO them she thought? She had never seen anyone upset when the ice cream man came by...she could be an ice cream MOM! She started her business that summer and has enjoyed it just as much as the community has enjoyed having her bring her sweet treats to their doors. Her young children help with restocking, inventory, cleaning, social media videos...and taste-testing....err.... quality product research and selection.
